Both aircraft were beautifully restored by M.A.P.S. at Rochester airport.

As Saturday was Battle of Britain day, we popped along to the museum at Manston.

I thought I would add a couple of pictures of the memorial garden.

The Battle of Britain memorial in London has a number of figures like this 'running'
out of it. There were smaller ones made to show the proposed design. I saw one in the RAF museum. Perhaps this is one of them?
